All products sold during our TikTok Live Stream events are special promotional items offered at exclusive discounted prices. These are final sale products and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Damages or Shipping Errors
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at renjie20250810@outlook with:

Clear photos/video showing the issue
We will evaluate each case individually and provide a resolution (replacement or refund if applicable).
- Refund Processing (Approved Claims Only)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
- Missed Refunds?
